The Parents are informed to either collect the hard copy of application form from the Cambridge School from office or download the application form from the websites or use online application form for admission process of their children.

Adhar Number of Student

Student's any activity Photo 4 X 8

Student's  passport size photo 5 no

Parent's Pass port Photo : 1 Copy

Transfer Certificate of Previous School , if admission after Class 2

No TC will be required for Pre School , LKG , UKG and Class 1
